What is your refund policy?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee during the first 30 days of your yearly subscription. You can contact us up to 30 days after a charge for a yearly subscription for a full refund. Note that there are no refunds for monthly or lifetime subscriptions.
Can I switch from ONE BILLING OPTION TO ANOTHER?
You can choose to switch to another billing option at any time, just visit your account page.
If you’re switching between monthly and yearly billing, you will be charged $14.99 (monthly) or $149.88 (yearly) at the end of your current billing period.
If you switch to the lifetime billing option during your free trial, you will be billed $829.99 when your trial ends. If you switch during the first 30 days after a charge for a yearly subscription, you will only pay the difference. At any other time, or if you’re switching from a monthly subscription, you will pay the full $829.99. No full or partial refunds will be granted for prior payments.
Will I be charged in my own currency?
Your purchase will be charged in US Dollars. Any currency conversions needed will be conducted by your bank.

Does a Roon subscription come with music content?
Roon is B.Y.O.M. (bring your own music). Roon does not come with any music, but has great support for your digital media files. Roon also supports TIDAL and Qobuz. Just log in with your TIDAL or Qobuz account in Roon and all your music will automatically get synced in Roon. Roon does not support Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Amazon HD Music, or YouTube Music.
